Meet Rivkie

I’m Rivkie Zalmanov, RRCA certified running coach, passionate athlete, and founder of WRun. 

What began as a personal journey turned into a mission: to help women discover their strength, confidence, and joy through running.

 

Since launching W-Run, I’ve coached hundreds of women from first time runners to marathoners chasing bold goals, offering expert training, personalized support, and a space where women feel empowered to show up for themselves. 

Whatever your starting point, I’m here to help you train smart, run strong, and enjoy every step of the journey.

Girls Running Program 

A fun empowering program helping girls to build confidence, strength and a lifelong love of movement. ​

  • Develops fundamental running skills in a fun and engaging way

  • Provides a positive and supportive team atmosphere

Virtual Coaching 

Train from anywhere with a certified running coach and a supportive women's community dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner aiming to improve.

Beginner 0-5k Program 

Our 0–5K Beginner Program offers step-by-step coaching to help you build endurance, confidence, and a love for running — no experience needed. With personalized guidance and weekly support, you’ll go from walk breaks to crossing your first 5K finish line.

Teen Running Program

A fun running group for teen girls that builds confidence, speed, and strong foundations through skill-based workouts and uplifting community

Track and Speed Training 

Whether you're aiming to get stronger, run your first race, or set a new personal best, this track and speed program offers structured workouts, expert coaching, and full-body conditioning to help you train smarter, improve performance, and stay injury-free—all in a supportive, motivating environment.

  • For all runners that can run for 30 minutes comfortably

Our 1:1 Private Coaching offers personalized support tailored to your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. With weekly online sessions, you'll get expert guidance, real-time adjustments, and motivation to build a strong foundation, boost performance, or prep for a race.
